From Ford to Chrysler, BMW to Mercedes, and Honda to VW. With U.S. Headquarters located in Michigan, they looking for someone to manage/lead a dynamic Advanced IT Team. Be part of a corporation that has multiple operations. RESPONSIBLIITES: (Partial list) · Lead / Manage IT Infrastructure Team · Support and manage the Wide Area Network and local LAN infrastructure devices, including voice communication technologies in this corporation’s global network. · Lead team in corporations Wide Area Network through monitoring, maintenance & management of network infrastructure devices. · Work with enhancing Corporate wide Cisco Voice products · Provide support, direction and project manage new implementations of information systems and communication. · Oversee at times, local technicians in resolving local network issues and be the point of contact for advanced troubleshooting of user or network problems. · Lead team on network outages and degradation of service. · Communicate with other global facilities · Work with Director of IT on recommendations for upgrades and global IT improvements within the corporation via new data communications, IT equipment and upgrades. · Assist in training new employees and oversee technicians as projects arise. Requirements: •Bachelors or AS degree helpful. (But will consider work experience) •Past Supervisory or Management experience. (Able to lead team of 6) MUST HAVE •Technical Hands on experience. Excellent troubleshooting and organization skills. •Exp. with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points. •Voice Communications experience. •Knowledge of telephony and network systems. •Microsoft Lync experience a big plus ! (But not required) •Knowledge of WLAN protocols, standards, and security. •Strong research skills, vendor selection experience. •MS Exchange, SQL server experience helpful. •CCNA or CCNP a plus. (but will consider work exp.) Very Low travel
